(Rex,Phil,Vinnie, Dimebag Darrell)
Pantera is not only my favorite band but it is also a revolutionary band. Pantera has influenced not only me but many other people in the music industry. Once I discovered Pantera it got me interested in looking for more music to listen to. Pantera led me to listen to bands like Slayer and Metallica. I've always looked up to Dimebag and he is the reason why I play guitar. I enjoy playing and I have to credit that to him, because if it wasn't for him I honestly probably wouldn't have ever started playing.
Why is he so perfect 🙃
Here is a pretty cool article about 20 facts that you probably didn't know about Pantera.
#2 Slayer
(Gary, Tom, Kerry, Paul)
I honestly really enjoy Slayers music because of how heavy it is. Slayer is also just a really good classic old school metal band. I've noticed I enjoy the older metal bands more than the newer metal bands. But there are some newer bands that I do enjoy but very few. How many of you have heard Slayer's new album? I think it's pretty good.

(Robert, Lars, James, Kirk)
Metallica was the first metal band I got into. Before I discovered Metallica I was just listening to whatever was on the road and not really caring much for it. From what I have observed Metallica seems to be the #1 band that gets people listening to metal and adventuring more into the music scene. It's on my bucket list to get to see Metallica at least once in my lifetime. After wanting to learn guitar because of Dimebag I started learning Metallica songs from old tab books my dad had. The first song I learned was Fade to Black I fell in love with the intro and decided I would work hard and be able to play it no matter what. Now today I can practically play any Metallica song.

(Chuck, Gene)
Death is what got me into death metal. Chuck is also another guy who I look up to. He was a great guitar player and it's a shame he is no longer with us. The band is honestly very influential in the death metal genre. Without these guy's there wouldn't have been a platform for death metal to grow off of. The band has had A TON of members but Chuck is the main man who has been with the band since day one. Death is a band that has had an impact on me.
Have a wonderful week guys check in next sunday for another post!
